Duke Fredrick has seized power from his brother and exiled him to the wilderness. Sir Rowland de Bois has died leaving his estate to his eldest son. In the midst of these shifting power dynamics the daughters of the Dukes flee to the woods, as does the younger son of the deceased de Bois. Disguises, mistaken identities, and romance flourish in the forest in this Shakespearean comedy.
